02. Quotation
After the initial consultation, we provide a detailed and transparent quote supported by a comprehensive scope of works. The scope outlines the specifies of all works and associated tasks. Ensuring you have a clear documented understanding of what is included and required to deliver your project.
03. Contract
Once the quote and scope have been agreed we proceed to a contract which sets out the works to be undertaken, the responsibilities of all parties involved and the associated cost. The scope of works will be an integral part of the contract, serving as a checklist of inclusions for your project.
04. Pre-Works
With the contract agreed, we will confirm a start date and onboard you to our project management platform where you will be able to view all project related documents and schedules for the duration of the project.
05. Works
Once site establishment is completed, our skilled team and site managers will bring your project to reality. Holding regular meetings with you and providing updates and photos throughout the process.
06. Completion & Handover
Our approach concludes with our project manager undertaking a detailed handover with you to ensure you are comfortable and happy with every last detail of your new home. You will receive the operation and maintenance manuals along with the necessary warranties and certificates.
