Hillside
An exciting project in an area familiar to us, the ground floor extension allowed us to create a large open plan Tom Howley Kitchen. Venturing upstairs, the top floor extension allowed for the addition of 2 bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom, the redevelopment of the principal bedroom resulted in the addition of a dressing area, befitted with ambient lighting and an en-suite complete with a steam room completing a striking, practical family home.

This exciting project is complete with all modern family desires, one of which being a cinema room, with a drop down screen and surround sound speakers.
We retained exposed wooden beams to bring a touch of rustic charm and natural warmth to the space. The beams not only add architectural character but also create a sense of openness and height, making the rooms feel more spacious. Additionally, they provide a timeless aesthetic that complements various interior styles, blending modern and traditional elements seamlessly.
We included coffered ceilings with intricate details to elevate the room's design and add a sense of elegance and sophistication. The LED lighting installed within the coffers enhances the architectural features, creating a soft, ambient glow that highlights the ceiling's craftsmanship. This combination of design and lighting not only adds visual appeal but also improves the overall atmosphere, making the space feel both inviting and luxurious.
The inclusion of glass partitions brings a sleek, contemporary touch to the home, allowing for a seamless flow of light between spaces. These transparent barriers create a sense of openness while maintaining privacy, offering a modern balance of functionality and style. By incorporating glass, we were able to maximise the feeling of space and airiness, giving the home a light, airy atmosphere that feels both fresh and cutting-edge.
