Langstone Manor

Langstone Manor
Our first phase of this impressive revamp is complete with an inclusive overhaul of the East Wing of this home. From the demolition of a previous outhouse to make way for the new pool house and outdoor living area, to the installation of a Tom Howley kitchen, this build has truly transformed the property from a dated manor house to a chic futuristic show home, and it’s not done yet. We are pencilled in to return in 2025 for a completion of the West Wing, which we believe will elevate the property to a high level in the surrounding area.
Structural Alterations & Refurbishment
Location: The Webb Estate
Type: 8 Bed Private Residence
Size: 8,503 SquareFeet

We integrated a range of modern technologies throughout the home, including Wi-Fi controlled underfloor heating on all floors, built-in ceiling speakers, a meshed internet system, CCTV, and gate controls with intercom. A dedicated plant room houses the latest systems, alongside a lift and an electric glass door leading to a beautifully crafted stone wine cellar.
In this build, we were tasked with the removal of the internal walls to allow for an open plan design. These were all completed safely, and quickly, with no detriment to any remaining structures. We were also tasked with removing a previous outhouse and resealing basement entrances in this property.
In this property we installed a Lutron RA2 system which means they now have full access to their lighting remotely. The Lutron RA2 also allows the client to control their blinds and special features such as scene sets etc. This system has been adapted so it interlinks with all features in the home centrally. This is inclusive of the wet underfloor heating system which has individual room control via thermostats or app control and the surveillance equipment that has been implemented in and around the property.
This customer chose a Tom Howley kitchen, resulting in a beautifully finished space that balances style with function. From modern handles to contemporary door styling, the design is both visually striking and perfectly suited to the needs of this family. The sunken wine cooler is set into a large marble slab, forming the centrepiece of the kitchen complete with waterfall edges and a textured surface that reflects timeless, intuitive design
